Belvedere Projects was established in 2012, when a unique opportunity to successfully deliver quality construction solutions to a demanding market was identified. Since inception the company has successfully delivered residential, commercial, remedial and civil briefs throughout New South Wales. Due to continual growth and success, the company has recently expanded its operations into Queensland.
Our market position and resources facilitates access to the latest in construction techniques and materials. This is applied in the most commercial, efficient and practical manner. Belvedere’s Directors are personally involved during all stages of the project. From inception to delivery, bringing their expertise and in depth construction knowledge to every element of the project.

Adam Piggott / Director
As one of the founding Directors, Adams main focus for Belvedere Projects is on client relationships, our people and the future growth of the organisation.
Prior to forming Belvedere Projects, Adam worked for two prominent Australian builders, gaining experience managing projects ranging from $5m - $35m. Adam’s wide-ranging experience has allowed him to gain the depth of knowledge required to successfully deliver highly complex projects in various fields including residential, commercial, industrial and heritage briefs.
Adam has a complete understating of all elements of property development and construction, and with a keen eye for opportunities he is able to satisfy the needs of a diverse range of clients and partners.
Adam is committed to the very highest level of integrity in all business relations.
Adam also holds a Bachelor Business & Commerce (Property) and a Diploma in Building Studies.
Robert Curtis / Director
Robert is one of the founding Directors of Belvedere Projects and comes from a family of property professionals, where he has been exposed to the dealings of Property Development and Construction from a very early age.
Prior to forming Belvedere Projects Robert worked for a major Australian Builder, receiving a cadetship out of school and working his way up to a Project Manager, where he successfully completed a vast array of projects ranging from $4m - $30m.
He brings to the team an extensive general construction knowledge and ensures the entire construction process runs to program and forecasted budget. Robert is very well versed in the industry and understands the importance of an experienced and hardworking team.
Roberts’s rapid rise in the industry and his success across multiple residential, commercial and civil briefs has been underpinned by his innate desire to go above and beyond what is expected.

Construction of a new mixed-use project at Willoughby consisting of 20 Units split up over the three upper levels with commercial shops on the ground floor.
A complete fit-out for Temando’s Sydney office spanning over 400m2, comprising of multiple meeting rooms, kitchen facilities, collaborative hubs, polished concrete floors, curved glass partitioning, workstation desks for 30 people and a new boardroom.
Belvedere Projects have been engaged to build 33 affordable accommodation apartments, located on a challenging, high traffic site. The apartments are split over 6 levels with retail shops on the ground floor.
